U.V LIGHT INSTRUCTION

The distance between the patch & light should be 2 inches. UV RESISTANT GLASSES must be worn during the exposure or close the eyes. Exposure should be taken directly on spots. On very first and second day, the time for taking exposure is 60 seconds and then on third and fourth day is 120 seconds. This way every alternate day 60 seconds is to be raised till the patch turns red.

When spots get reddish, the same time of exposure is to be maintained for one month. The reddish colour should last for 24 hours. If it does not, then the time should be raised till the patch turns red. Once the spot becomes red, the same time of exposure should be maintained till the patch is completely cured. Exposure is not to be taken twice on any spot. After taking exposure on any spot, it should be covered by a piece of cloth, while taking the exposure on the other spot.

MEDICINE: -:

TABLETS: 12 pm -----5 pm--------9.55. P M Keep the interval of five hours between the six tablets, to be taken per day. Out of these six tablets, two tablet to be chewed five minutes before the exposure.

POWDER: 8.00 P.MOne packet of powder to be taken two hours before the exposure on every alternate day.

NOTE: Apply coconut oil every day on every spot before exposure and also in the morning and evening daily.

You have to take Iron tablet with VitB12 one tab after food.

CARE PLAN: -

1. APPLE, POMEGRANATE, ORANGES, SWEET LIME, BEETROOT MIX ALL THE ABOVE FRUITS AND PREPARE JUICE AND TAKE IT DAILY

2. GREEN SALAD: -CARROT, CUCUMBER, TOMATOES, BEETROOT, GREEN CABBAGES, GREEN PEAS. HAVE IT RAW DAILY.

3.SPROUTS: - MUNG BEAN SPROUTS, CHANA SPROUTS, MATH SPROUTS.

4.CURD & 5.HOT MILK WITH 1 TEASPOON TURMERIC POWDER TO BE TAKEN DAILY.

RESTRICTION: Tight fittings which give mark on the skin must be avoided. Scratching, itching must be avoided. Any injury will give rise to new patch so no more injury to the skin. Plastic and rubber wear should be avoided. Plastic ornaments, bindi or any stickers on the skin should be avoided. Anything made of soda bi carb, stored sour things, tinned foods or drinks, pickles, chocolates, coffee or coco products should not be taken. Avoid playing in the sun between 11.00 a.m. to 4.00
